Gyaosu (ギャオス, Gyaosu) is the police chief of the Penguin Village Police Force.
Biography
Dr. Slump
Gyaosu was first seen when Senbei Norimaki had to go to the Penguin Village Police Station to pick up Arale Norimaki after her and her new friends got in trouble after her first day of school.
Dragon Ball
Gyaosu was told by Taro Soramame that someone from the Red Ribbon Army was in town. He and the rest of the police force got armed to take him on. They began to head out, but then were distracted and wasted time taking out King Nikochan's UFO instead.
