Usage

First, Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta shouts, "Follow this!" as he charges at his opponent, punches them, and knocks them to the ground. Next, he walks towards his opponent when they get up and puts his hand on their back, charging a Big Bang Attack. Finally, Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta shouts, "You're out of here!" and blasts his opponent away with the Big Bang Attack, inflicting a high amount of damage.

History

Dragon Ball Z

Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta used this attack in his battle against Semi-Perfect Cell. Semi-Perfect Cell powered up out of rage at Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta's fast improvement and complained that he could beat him if he absorbed Artificial Human No. 18. When Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta overheard Semi-Perfect Cell's complaint and insult that Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta was a powerless fool, the Saiyan prince retaliated by kicking Semi-Perfect Cell into a cliff. Ascended Super Saiyan Vegeta then attacked Semi-Perfect Cell with the Galick Impact rush, blasting the Artificial Human into the ground.

Video games

The Galick Impact appears in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast and is one of Vegeta's Super Attacks in his Super Saiyan 3 form.

Trivia

  • Despite its name resemblance to the Galick Gun, the Galick Impact shows Vegeta using the Big Bang Attack instead of the Galick Gun.
  • The Galick Impact differs between its usage in the anime and the Dragon Ball: Raging Blast. When Vegeta uses the attack against Semi-Perfect Cell, he attacks with a roundhouse kick instead of a punch. Also, the Big Bang Attack that Vegeta blasts Semi-Perfect Cell with is yellow, whereas in Dragon Ball: Raging Blast it is bluish-white.
