Synopsis
While Red talked with the infamous Tao Pai Pai, Blue returned to Red Ribbon Army Headquarters. Red was furious over Blue's recent failures, but said that he would allow him to live if Blue could defeat Tao in battle.
Meanwhile on Korin, Goku learns about the tower from Bora and the strength enhancing water at the top. General Blue battles Mercenary Tao, but even his finishing move is useless and Mercenary Tao wins effortlessly. After learning about Goku and the Dragon Balls, Mercenary Tao sets out to Korin. Goku expresses eagerness to climb the tower just before Mercenary Tao arrives. Bora fights him, but Mercenary Tao kills him mercilessly. Angered, Goku leaps into battle.
