Samuel (サミュエル, Samyueru; FUNimation "Samuel") is General Blue's long lost brother in the FUNimation dub.

When Blue was going to Senbei Norimaki's House in order to steal his airplane, he mistook Obotchaman for Samuel when he saw Obotchaman fixing Blue's stolen car.
