Bill Townsley is an American voice actor who works for FUNimation.
He works as a DVD menu designer for FUNimation and has designed the DVD menus for various FUNimation anime including Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler, Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, and Dragon Ball Z: Broly: Second Coming.
He voiced numerous characters including Dr. Flappe, Cui, Guldo, Neiz, and Lord Jaguar in the Dragon Ball franchise.
